Temple in the Money

On our way to the Munduk Valley’s tour, our best-driver-ever asked, “Do you want to pass through the temple on the lake?” Since we have time to kill, my friend and I answered “Sure, why not?” Good thing we did.

With the clouds (fog?) closing in, it was a chilly morning.
Starting from this temple to the rest of the areas we went to, most pathways/ stairs are decorated with a flower made of white stones. Actually the entirety of our trip in Bali, we can see how similar quite a number of designs are – immersing us in the Balinese culture that they were able to retain despite the tourism.

Going onwards, I’m so glad he made us pass through this. One of the most iconic Bali structures – Ulun Danu Temple (based on my other friends’ tags on Facebook)
I mean, come on! It’s on their money!

They even have a small enclosed park (?) inside with deer.
